O'Brien's Aveda Institute invites you to experience our relaxing services with our talented students! All services are performed by instructor-supervised students. Based on their progress in their selected program, not all students perform all services. Please inquire about the timing of your service when booking your appointment.

Guest Policies
Appointment Booking: All appointments must be scheduled by phone. We do not accept online or email booking requests.
Service Performance: All services are performed by instructor-supervised students. Service times may vary based on student skill level and learning progress.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for check-in.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Products: All services use Aveda's sustainable, cruelty-free products. Professional products are available for purchase.
Children Guest Policy:
- • Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the facility
- • Children ages 6-11 must be accompanied by a non-service-receiving adult at all times
- • Minimum age of 12 for technical services (hair, nails, etc.)
- • Minimum age of 16 for massage therapy services
- • Clients ages 16-17 require parental permission for massage therapy services
