Our AVEDA retail center is home to the complete line of Aveda products. We carry everything from hair care, to skin care, to body care and make up. We are also a Pure Privilege℠ location!

Guest Policies

Returns/Exchanges

Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt for credit or exchange. No cash refunds will be issued. Make-up is not returnable. Gift cards and Egift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Timing

Please be aware these are students who are learning, keep in mind services may take longer.

Children

Children 5 years old and younger are not permitted on the clinic floor. Children between 6 and 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is NOT receiving services. Children must be 12 years old to receive technical, manicure, pedicure, or esthiology services. Massage services are not performed on persons under the age of 16. (16 and 17 year old persons must have written parental permission.)

Pets

Pets are only allowed on the clinic floor for medical reasons with proper documentation.

Clinic Policy

All services are performed by instructor-supervised students. Services are offered to women, men, and children.

If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we may take a look at it. If you seek out the services of another stylist, we will not be able to further help you--please see us first.

Remember: You are a vital part of the student's education. Refunds will not be given for services, however we are always happy to make changes if you are not happy.
